The Competitor Analysis allows you to compare your review information to that of your selected competitors, making it easier to track your advances and measure your hold of the market.

Generating A Competitor Report

To get started, click + Add Competitor.

Enter your business details by either looking it up or using the “+ Add a Virtual Business Manually” option.

Once added, you can click the pencil icon if you need to edit your business.

Click “+ Add Competitor” next to your business to add your competitor.

In the Search Business section, enter the name of your business.

If you can't find the correct result, click “+ Add a Virtual Business Manually."

Enter the Business Name (1) and Google Maps URL (2). Additionally, you can enter your competitor's business address and website if you have them.

Click Add Virtual Business to finalize your entry.

Once your selection is done, click “+ Add Competitor.”

Your competitor's information will be placed next to your for easy comparison.

Competitive Landscape Grid

This will compare the most commonly used words and sentiments that appear in your business and competitor reviews.

Sentiment HeatMap

This helps you visualize the emotional landscape of user reviews, revealing the highs and lows.

Rating by Source

This section lets you compare reviews separated by the page on which the customers are submitting them.

By leveraging these features, you can effectively manage your review requests, track feedback, and enhance your online reputation, making it easy to surpass your competitors.
