How to Book an Appointment from an Opportunity

Opportunities represent prospective customers or business partners who will undergo an onboarding process that might require one-on-one meetings, service appointments, or include product rentals. These, just like with individual contacts, are best managed in your CRM's schedule. Let's learn how!

Accessing Appointments

Head to the Opportunities tab inside the Opportunities section and locate your desired opportunity card.

Switch to the “Book/Update Appointment” tab.

If no appointment exists, click “New Appointment” to create one.

Select the type of appointment you'll create.

Fill out the corresponding appointment details; the contact details will be prefilled from the contact related to the opportunity.

If an appointment already exists, you can edit, view, or delete it by clicking the three-dot icon.
