How to Customize your Prospect Report Layout

To ensure your Prospect Reports are aligned with your workflows and client expectations, you have the flexibility to customize the layout and structure of each report. Whether you're looking to establish a consistent global layout or tailor a single report for a specific prospect, this guide outlines how to easily manage both options.

Customizing the Global Report Layout

Global layout settings apply universally to all newly created and existing reports after the changes are saved. This option is ideal for maintaining consistency across all Prospect Reports.

How It Works

Navigate to the Prospecting section within the Marketing tab and click the Settings menu. This will open the Report Settings, where you can customize the report layout.

All sections are included by default. Uncheck any sections you wish to exclude from reports.

Use drag-and-drop functionality to organize sections in your preferred order. This allows you to define a narrative flow that best supports your reporting style.

Click Save to apply your changes. These settings will automatically apply to all current and future Prospect Reports.

📌Note: You can update your global layout at any time by repeating the steps above.

Customizing a Single Report Layout

If you need to adjust the layout of an individual report for a unique prospect or a tailored use case, you can do so without altering your global layout settings.

How It Works

Start by navigating to the specific Prospect Report you'd like to modify.

In the top-right corner of the report, click on the Sections button.

Drag and drop sections to reorder.

Check or uncheck sections to include or exclude them for this particular report.

Finally, click “Apply” to retain your changes, then export the PDF or share the report. These changes will apply only to the selected report.

Customizing your Prospect Reports enables you to create a more compelling and client-specific narrative. Whether applying a standardized structure across all reports or fine-tuning a single report for a particular audience, you’re in complete control of how your insights are presented.
